Who We Are
Hot Blue Bear is a proudly LGBTQ+ brand celebrating self-expression and identity through bold designs. We operate as a Print-on-Demand (POD) store, meaning all items are custom-made when ordered.
Products & Availability
- All items are made-to-order and produced through third-party fulfillment partners (currently Printify & Printful).
- We do not keep inventory; therefore, stock availability depends on our providers.
- While we do our best to ensure accuracy in product images, slight variations in color, size, and print positioning may occur.
Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed once payment is received.
- Shipping times vary depending on location and fulfillment partner availability.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for review.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

- Prices are listed in US Dollars and may fluctuate based on supplier costs.

Intellectual Property
- All designs and branding on Hot Blue Bear are our original work and cannot be copied, resold, or used without permission.
